2. Product Information:
   • We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our pool covers. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product descriptions or other content on our website.
3. Orders and Payment
   • The prices quoted in sales orders are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of the quotation. After this period, prices may be subject to change without notice.
   • All prices are in AUD and do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.
   • A deposit must be paid in full before the order can be confirmed. The remaining balance is due in full upon either the completion of delivery or installation (if quoted).
   • Tuff Covers reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. In the event of order rejection, we will promptly notify you and provide a refund if any payment has been made.
4. Delivery and Shipment
   • Any estimated delivery date provided in sales order quotation is an approximation based on current information and may be subject to change.
   • We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the order within the specified timeframe. However, we shall not be liable for any delays or damages resulting from delayed deliveries or shipments.
   • Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will be added to the sales order quotation and communicated to you prior to order confirmation.
5. Product Warranty and Returns
   • Our pool & spa cover products are covered by 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. Tuff Covers does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
   • In the event of a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We may require supporting documentation or photos to process your claim. Returns or replacements are subject to our inspection and approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
   • If approved, returned products must be in reasonable unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
   • Tuff Covers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the pool cover products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of profits.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   • This sales order quotation and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
